We were very distraught when our YO-520 would no longer work. We loved
all of it's features and were encouraged to find that there was a
possibility that it could be fixed by thewizardshop. Unfortunately, our
last backup of the data was in 2003! We sent the unit off to Charles
Klaus and he not only fixed it but was able to preserve all of our
valuable contact data, saving us countless hours of re-keying in all of
our new contacts since that last backup. We recommend his services
highly and can sleep better at night knowing that he can help us out in
the future should the occasion arise."
